Bomb scare at Parliament?

My norwegian colleague just told me that the houses were just evacuated because of a bomb scare. At least norwegian media is reporting this, but nothing on BBC yet.
Anybody?

Part of parliament has been evacuated after a bomb scare.
Streets surrounding the buildings were cordoned off on Monday morning after a suspicious package was found in Portcullis House, which houses the offices of MPs.
Bridge Street, Westminster Bridge and Victoria Embankment to Northumberland Avenue were all closed to traffic and MPs were forced to evacuate.
But following an investigation, the Metropolitan police declared the package in question was not dangerous. A spokesman said: “It has been declared non-suspicious – everything has been stood down.”
